Episode 185: 2022 Season Preview

It’s that time folks. The Triangle has re-assembled. Campus is bustling with activity again. Bottles of Fireball are flying off the shelf as the tailgaters finalize their preparations for the season opener. And of course, we’re back in the saddle for another season of bi-weekly podcasts.

We start things off with some announcements and housekeeping, as Jared shares his reactions to his first visit to Taco Palenque. At 13:29 we begin discussing this year’s version of the Triangle of Toughness. These players are voted into single digit jersey numbers by their peers and coaches, with the most respected players donning the 2-1-0 San Antonio area code jerseys.

After the cumbia break we begin breaking down the Roadrunners’ schedule at the 31:15 mark. Like Adrian says, this season is really going to come in waves. UTSA’s ability to weather the choppy waters will determine whether or not they’ll be able to repeat as conference champions.
